Teachers of Color Support Network

“I See You” Teachers of Color Support Network (TCSN) seeks to support educators of color in Mid-Missouri by creating organic community support to help recruit and retain Black and Brown educators. Additionally, we empower educators of color through programming, networking, and mentorship.

 

Thus we seek to retain a highly qualified and diverse educational staff that helps children succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.

 

Ultimately, the “I See You” TCSN vision is to acknowledge the value of educators of color and their insurmountable contributions to the success of all children.
